Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or event. You may reschedule your appointment anytime via the contact form. If a rescheduling request for an online private session is made less than 72 hours in advance, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a rescheduling and refund. Read more about our Terms and conditions.
