Bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or event. You may reschedule your appointment anytime via the contact form. If a rescheduling request for an online private session is made less than 72 hours in advance, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a rescheduling and refund.
For online private sessions, we recommend entering the Zoom waiting room 5 minutes before your appointment. Please be punctual to ensure we can serve you. If you do not connect within 15 minutes of the scheduled Zoom time, your session will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
